Booking conditions:

A deposit of at least 1 nights stay will be required to confirm your booking
- Deposits can be made by cheque or bank deposit/ netbank transfer

Balance of payment by cheque, bank deposit or cash on or before arrival

A booking made within 7 days of your stay may not always require a deposit

Cancellations affect our business significantly as we have often turned away other customers to hold your reservation so our policy is the deposit will be retained unless we are able to replace your booking.

Any extra guests will be charged at $25 per person
**Family Special** 2 adults and up to three children $150 per night
Long stay rates are available for guests staying more than 4 nights but not during peak season
