Booking conditions:

A deposit of at least 1 nights stay will be required to confirm your booking
Deposits can be made by cheque or bank deposit/ netbank transfer
Balance of payment by cheque, bank deposit or cash on or before arrival
A booking made within 7 days of your stay may not always require a deposit
Prices are in NZ $
Cancellations affect our business significantly as we have often turned away other customers to hold your reservation so our policy is the deposit will be retained unless we are able to replace your booking.

Rates per night to rent Mitimiti Beach House

1 person $100

2 people $130

3 people $150

4 people $180

Then $25 per person, 5@$205,6@$230,7@$255,8@$280

Guests staying 1 night only pay a surcharge of $20-$50 depending on numbers coming and time of year.

Family rate $150 per night for 2 adults and up to 3 children
Long stay rates are available for guests staying more than 4 nights but not during peak season
